HCC Covid-19 Statement 14.3.2020

Dear Members

You will all be very aware from the national news of the current circumstances surrounding Covid-19.

As a club we are following Government and Public Health England recommendations at the present time.  To that end please be aware that junior winter nets for both boys and girls will continue to run as usual, as well as the senior winter nets.

Those attending will be asked not to share their water bottles (please ensure that names are on bottles to avoid confusion). Additionally there will be no sharing of helmets or gloves. As you all know hand hygiene is of the utmost importance and everyone will be asked to wash their hands before each session. Hand-washing facilities are available in the school changing rooms and please encourage those attending to bring hand sanitiser with them.

If your child is unwell with a cough or cold please keep them at home. Any adult taking part in the senior nets who has a cough or any symptoms is asked not to attend. For medical advice you can contact 111.

We will continue to take advice from Public Health England and any changes/cancellations to training will be communicated to you by email.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us or visit https://www.gov.uk/guidance/coronavirus-covid-19-information-for-the-public

We look forward to seeing the juniors and seniors at training unless circumstances change.

Best wishes

HCC Committee
