Andrew has rather a good reason not to be playing for the 1st team right now: at the end of last month he was signed up by Hampshire Cricket for the remainder of the season.

He is rapidly making himself rather indispensable for Hampshire in the Metro Bank One Day Cup. Although batting opportunities have been very limited so far in a successful team, he has made a significant contribution with the ball in all five games he has played so far.

On Monday, Andrew helped Hampshire to a resounding victory over Surrey at The Oval, taking a magnificent 3-33 off his 10 overs, including the prize scalp of Ben Foakes.
