Now we have moved to Pitchero, we wanted to highlight some of the benefits and features we now have at our fingertips. From membership to fixture and event availability, Pitchero will make interacting with the club and your fellow members simpler and easier.

While we have a nice new shiny website at harpendencc.com, Pitchero also offers us all the features via its smartphone apps, making it more convenient and easier to interact with the club.

Pitchero Club - If you haven’t already, all users should download and install the Club app to get all the club information on your phone or tablet, as well as set availability for fixtures for senior and junior players. (https://join.pitchero.com/club-app)

Pitchero Mgr - If you are Team Admin, Age Group Manager, Coach or Team Captain, you will ALSO NEED to download the Manager App (https://join.pitchero.com/manager-app) to select your match day teams and collect match days subs.

But worry not if you don't have a smart device, the all information is available and actionable on the website and all comms will also be sent to your email address.

Sync your calendars

All fixtures will be automatically synchronised with HCC’s Play Cricket site. You can now add these, and all other events, directly to your smartphone Calendar so that you never miss an event again!
Setting this up is as easy as 1,2,3;

Open the Pitchero Club app
Press on the Calendar icon at the bottom of the screen
Select “Sync your schedule with phone calendar”

Set your availability and attendance

All of our Fixtures (both Senior and Junior) will be hosted on Pitchero which will greatly improve the ease of team selection.
Be sure to set your or your child's availability for each of the upcoming fixtures to enable the team admins and captains to select the match day teams and manage selection for the season.

In addition, all Events (e.g Summer Party, Quiz Nights etc.) will be posted in Pitchero. Please be sure to set your attendance (or not) for any of these events as it will massively help the club with capacity planning.

Make a payment

As you are probably aware, if you have purchased your membership package, Pitchero’s Shop will be the place to buy everything from membership to event tickets and more.

For the senior teams, Match Day Fees will now be collected using Pitchero with the Captains now able to request payment via the app after each match.

Feedback and share
