For the second consecutive year, every one of our A Teams made the post-season Finals Day in their league. And our U15 2s joined the 1s in the semi-finals - something that has never happened in Herts before.

Not all results went our way but the girls did the club proud and our superb AGMs ensured everyone had a great day.

U11s
We came up short (but not by much) to St Albans, the eventual winners in the semi-final. Only the second loss of the year for this squad and proof that the future of the Huskies is in a good place

U13s
Bishops Stortford have dominated this league from the get-go and we were unable to buck this trend in the semi-finals. The girls ran them much closer than we had in our league encounter and but for Bishops' stellar all-rounder we would have given then an even closer game.

U15s
This history makers: the first HJCL Girls's single-club semi-final. Our 2s put up a great fight and made the 1s work for their place in the Final. There is a strong case that the two best U15s teams both wear the maroon of the Huskies. The 1s proceeded to the Final and delivered a much deserved victory over Hitchin. This group of players (the 1s and 2s) are a very special squad and the 18 girls that played on Sunday have created a real moment for the history of our club.

Huge thanks to coaches, parents and scorers. But, most importantly, the Huskies that represented Harpenden CC with such passion and spirit across all three competitions.
