So in those first two weeks of October it was easy to pretend we were still in the late stages of Summer. Not so much now. It's grey, wet and windy as I look out of my office window.

I've decided it's not too early to talk about Christmas.

Looking for that special gift for a cricket enthusiast? Well, we can help. We have three Harpenden Cricket Club shirts signed by the legend that is Nat Sciver-Brunt, England all-rounder, and possibly the best cricketer in the women's game globally.

We're going to auction them, with all the money generated from the sales earmarked for women's and girls cricket projects at the Club. We're placing a reserve price of £200 per shirt. The shirts will come unframed, but we can arrange for them to be mounted and framed, which would be discussed separately.
