Harpenden won the toss and chose to bat and started positively thanks to Scott Galloway scoring 71 off 47. This paved the way for the side to set a strong total of 248 off 45 overs. Other notable performances James Latham 62 retired, Nick Lamb 31, and Andrew Neal with 26 at more than a run a ball.

With the ball the side started well and this meant Hampstead never really got close as we bowled them all out for 182. Wickets were shared amongst the group with Gosling and Sivarajah taking 3 apiece. Usman finished off the job with 2-9.

A good run out for the first game of the season. One more weekend of pre season before the competitive fixtures start.
